Chika Russell is an English-Nigerian entrepreneur and Founder of snacks brand CHIKA’S. Inspired by the foods and robust flavours of Africa, CHIKA’S produce a range of nuts and crisps and recently launched a first-to-market brown rice crisp.
Chika started her entrepreneurial journey early, launching her first business at 14. After 10 years working in finance & Banking, and qualifying as a management accountant, she launched CHIKA’S in 2015.
Chika is passionate about educating women and is a partner to Worldvision in their Empowering Girls program. She is a founding member of the Conduit Club, which works to develop and promote positive social impact. Chika has also represented female-led SMEs at 10 Downing Street’s Women in Business events.
