A thought leader in the field of retail disruption and human centred innovation, John is Futurologist at the John Lewis Partnership. He is responsible for the Partnership’s in-house skunkworks, named ‘Room Y’, where he oversees research and development, rapid prototyping and future scenario planning. John is also responsible for JLAB, the John Lewis Partnership’s retail innovation programme, which has helped build and define numerous early stage start-ups.
John joined the John Lewis Partnership from Burberry, where he held the position of innovation architect. John is also a public speaker and has taken part in TEDx, WIRED Retail and SXSW.
