Oliver has over 25 years research experience with a background in broadcast media and communications before moving to focus on reputation and its critical role for modern organisations and nations. His clients include supermarkets, banks, technology and social media platforms, charities, pharmaceuticals and professional services firms, particularly those coping with or hoping to avoid reputational damage.
