Oliver is Director of Reputation Research at YouGov. He joined the business in 2007, establishing the reputation practice and now provides research-based consulting for governments, blue chips, public bodies, trade groups and NGOs around the world.

His focus is on providing actionable insights to support reputation management and development activity, helping organisations add evidence to the decision making process.

Oliver has over 25 years research experience with a background in broadcast media and communications before moving to focus on reputation and its critical role for modern organisations and nations. His clients include supermarkets, banks, technology and social media platforms, charities, pharmaceuticals and professional services firms, particularly those coping with or hoping to avoid reputational damage.
