The platforms actively champions growth and operational sustainability for the challenger space with the aim of levelling the playing field the F&B industry as a whole.

Theaadora is a regular commentator within food & drink, writing for trade and business press, hosting expert panels, leading round tables and guest speaking at industry events.
Formerly, the Cambridge graduate was the operations and strategy director at Propercorn, helping to grow the business from 5 people to 50, and from just a couple of pallets of product to 3 million bags per month across 10 countries.
