Victoria is the founder of VP Comms, a brand strategy and responsible business consultancy. She is a multi-award winning brand communications and corporate reputation expert, who passionately believes in business as a force for good. She helps organisations to do the right thing, whilst driving profitable growth, including Britvic, Unilever, Leerdammer, UN, Sky, John West, and O2.
One of her proudest moments was delivering Sky Ocean Rescue, working with the Board to drive tangible change. The campaign included eliminating all single use plastic across the supply chain and launching a £25m Venture Fund to support plastic alternatives. The programme was commended several times by Prince Charles, and Sky now advises UN on ocean plastics.
Victoria is co-chair of UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development (UKSSD) and is working to put the Sustainable Development Goals into action in the UK. For the past decade, she has chaired the PRCA Responsible Business group to deepen understanding of the issues wrapped up in sustainability and responsible business amongst communication and marketing professionals.
Victoria is also a Fellow of the RSA to drive innovative solutions to societies challenges. As part of this, she has recently launched an initiative to rid her local town of Haslemere from excessive plastic. Love Haslemere Hate Waste aims to galvanise individuals and organisations to reconsider plastic use and collaborate to find sustainable solutions.
